I realize many of you are very far removed from dark corners of the Internet where I work with others around the world trying to identify and fight the kind of hatred and intolerance I am speaking of today.
That is not an accident. I have isolated my friends and family from seeing these things because they are indeed scary and hateful.
Tomorrow I'll go back to posting photos of sunset and kittens for those of you still around but for today, try to look through my eyes momentarily and see what's really going on out there.
