In the meantime something fascinating happened. I have no SIM card, no cell service and I can't make a phone call or login to my penguin perch account but I "borrowed" the hospitals network to organize a virtual protest when Trump came to West Palm last weekend and the hospital was hacked and I felt the need to reset the entire wing since the nurse dumped narcotics in my room while I in the bathroom texting Urakov to find out what music they played while screwing my head back on straight.
That's when I saw all the blood and bruises and blood all over the sheets and my body. I asked to speak with the Head Nurse and some asshole grabbed me by the wrists and pushed me into my room.
I asked his name since he wasn't wearing a name tag and he said he didn't have one.
I asked for the name of his supervisor and he said he doesn't have one. He claims he works for himself and is self employed.
He was physically and verbally abusive and was literally making jokes about me to the other nurses who all refused to assist me with my injuries or contact a doctor (preferably mine) about severe medical concerns that resulted in me waking up at Good Sam with no ID, memory or awareness.
They left me in bed lying in my own waste the same way they did for over four months until Manzano got to me.
I also have no memory of how I got here and the date still says 10/14/2020.
Of note is that it took about 18 stabs and three anesthesiologists to put m under and Urakov said that even under general anesthesia I still kicked my feet while they were doing surgery.
The surgeon from Cornell told me they were just discussing what music to play and that's why I keep bugging Urakov because I'm writing a review of my experience working with Manzano and Urakov (the new Superstar who replaced him) and there is considerable interest in my story because I made it public and available for free in January 2018 shortly after I was featured in the German documentary about how United States and Palm Beach changed since Trump was elected.
Remember when I was 15 and you told me you wanted to be played by Jack when they make a movie about your life and work as a Fed?
Guess what?? Me too.
YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!

Penguins and Bears, oh boy!!
I took bear to Miami with and wanted him here too but I have crappy mother and she said he was filthy and had to be thrown out.
She also ruined Pengu and threw out all my food and sheets.
The one on the bottom right is my Aurora Penguin like the one I sent to Rita.
My friend Wolfie (Wayne Oldfield) sent him to me during my first surgery all the way from the UK 🇬🇧 via Scotland.
He died a few months ago from COVID but I have him with me here.
He made the mistake of sending him to Karen's and she held him hostage for months. She also returned a pair of penguin earrings he sent and kept the credit for Amazon.
She does this shit all the time. She takes all my gifts 🎁 and refuses to give them to me or give me the credits.
Here's a photo of Ray and Adrienne. I can't wait for Ray to come back. He kind of adopted as his own and he's my best bud.
I think he and I can maybe help comfort each other as we are both grieving unthinkable loss for our loved ones.
Had a really tough day yesterday physically and my hands are all numb again but I can't wait for Ray to see me walking again.
I barely even waddle! But I'm going to keep my Penguin 🐧 alias because penguins are awesome.

Karen Trump
Hi Dad!!
Please call me when you have a free minute.
I'd like to speak with you before I speak with Social Work about the prescriptions for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) eg Grab Bars, Rollator Walker, Wheelchair Rental for 6 months; Hip Kit etc.
Karen claims she wants to speak with the Social Worker or Discharge Planner which ain't going to happen, period.
She then asked to speak with you since you are my Health Care Proxy (which she is still mad about)
They put it through to insurance and I have a hard copy of the prescriptions in my hands.
We may also need to speak with Seth since there is no ramp and the building is not ADA accessible. Obviously, I'm not the best person to communicate with Seth regarding this issue but I also cannot open or navigate the fire doors in my wheelchair or walker.
They expect me to use a wheelchair in an abundance of caution because I am an extreme fall risk with a Berg Balance Score of 16. You need to be a 51 to be cleared to walk with a walker.
I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday and will have to go alone which has me extremely concerned for obvious reasons. I also need to see my primary care provider this week which is the same provider Karen drove me too several months ago after discussing it with you lol.
I am making excellent progress (much better than expected) but the stress and pain is unnecessary and complicating my recovery.
I am now home bound for 10 weeks with the brace on until Urakov clears me with radiology.
I have additional radiology ordered in Boca this week or next and I will arrange medical transportation for that.
Please advise as I will be speaking with Social Work tomorrow and Karen identified herself as a social worker and bypassed all the HIPPA and security blocks because she's so damn fucking charming (oy)
Spike with Ray for quite some time yesterday and he will be hack by the end of the month which is a huge relief and lifeline since he sees Karen for what she is and has the balls to call her on her bullshit; however he is still grieving the loss of his daughter and I don't want to put to much pressure on him.
I call him "Uncle Ray" now because he has been tremendously good to me throughout this drama that started shortly after I moved here in October of 2012.
